Pete equips Brill Street with both financial and management expertise. He is a General Partner in TGap Ventures and has over 20 years experience in launching and nurturing successful new ventures. Previously he served in multiple executive positions, including CEO, in the technology, software, services and beverage industries — the later including participation in growing Stroh's Brewery from $150 to $1.3 billion in sales.

David Frej
David, a co-founder of Brill Street and the company's CEO for it's first two years, brings to the Board energy, creativity and vision one would expect from an acclaimed marketer and designer. In addition to his current position as Executive Vice President of Marketing for Brill Street, he is co-owner and Chief Creative Officer of Otherwise, Inc., a highly-respected boutique creative agency based in Chicago.

Linda Hall Keller, Ph.D.
Linda brings to the Brill Street Board her track record in growing successful companies within the healthcare arena. Following her role as President in leading Ceridian Performance Partners to exponential growth, Linda served as CEO of MinuteClinic, where she led the company from $.6 million to $20 million in revenue in a four-year period, and spearheaded its acquisition by CVS/Pharmacy in 2006. Most recently, she was CEO of Accurate Home Care, an innovative home healthcare company serving pediatric patients.

Edward Lou
Eddie draws on multi-faceted expertise in his role as a Brill Street director. He is currently a Principal in the venture capital firm OCA Ventures, which has a successful track record partnering with proven entrepreneurs to build market leaders. Previously he was CEO and founder of PlanetHVAC; the manager of a $100 million equity derivatives portfolio; and an executive with Emerson Electric and White-Rodgers.

Laura Pearl
Laura brings extensive board experience to Brill Street, having served as a director for a number of companies, including Levy Restaurants, Platinum Entertainment, Homex Healthcare and others. She is Managing Director of Ceres Venture Fund, which is dedicated to funding high-growth companies in the Midwest, and was previously a partner at the Frontenac Company, where she participated in raising over $1 billion in venture capital.

Gilles gives the board the invaluable perspective of a seasoned international staffing professional. He is the President and CEO of Brill Street, responsible for executing the company's national expansion while creating and implementing new service offerings. Prior to joining Brill Street, Gilles held key executive positions in France, Spain, China and the U.S. with Adecco, the world's largest staffing organization.
