Lisa leverages her experience as a seasoned entrepreneur with broad expertise in sales, marketing, and talent development to contribute to the strategy, management and direction of Brill Street. She is responsible for leading the Sales teams in each market, and has overall responsibility for establishing and expanding our presence in the U.S.

One of Brill Street's founders, David contributes a unique sense of vision from his background as an accomplished visual communicator and the long-time Chief Creative Officer of integrated marketing firm Otherwise, Inc. As our head of marketing, he is charged with understanding marketplace needs and promoting Brill Street solutions to meet them.

Nancy founded Brill Street along with David Frej and continues to set our strategic direction, leveraging her experience as a founder and Chief Strategic Officer of Otherwise, Inc. She approaches client development as a strategic task as well – helping existing and prospective clients clarify their strategic hiring issues and opportunities and then customizing Brill Street solutions to best fit each situation.
